To clarify a full service was indeed completed on your vehicle in line with the Book My Garage schedule, this included an oil change, oil filter replacement, and air filter replacement — all of which were carried out during your visit. In addition, you selected the option for specialist oil, and we used OW20 oil, which is the manufacturer-recommended specification for your Volkswagen. This ensures your vehicle receives the correct grade of oil for optimal performance and longevity. We always aim to provide excellent value and quality, and we believe this is reflected in the service you received. For comparison, the same service carried out by a Volkswagen main dealer would typically cost around £404.74 including VAT - more than double what you paid.
