Vertu Honda Derby

I recently visited Vertu Honda Derby and was impressed by the experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. The service on my car was completed quickly and efficiently, without compromising on quality. I also appreciated the fair and reasonable pricing—no hidden surprises, just honest work. It’s good to find a garage that combines great customer care with reliable service. Thanks to the team for making the process stress-free. I’ll definitely recommend.

Arrived on time to be advised my booking was for the following day. They did agree to service the car on the day of my arrival when I explained I had appointments all week. When I returned to collect my car I gave the garage a copy of the email showing they had the wrong date. I normally receive a video which is Video Health Check which is emailed to one. Apparently the video service occasionally does not work. Certainly not the normal level of service from a Honda dealership.

Excellent customer care, unable to rectify a situation with parts being ordered so given courtesy car for overnight (which was lovely) Full breakdown of prices and issues my car had. Really lovely customer communication throughout
