I took the ar to the garage at the time stated to be told that the booking had not been put in the diary. Had a wasted trip and had to re-book.

Not expecting luxurious facilities for the price, but at a minimum, asking for a waiting area that looks like it’s been cleaned some time in the past year. There are too many cars parked outside - I had difficulty finding legal parking space.

The guy that collected my key for the MOT was very pleasant and welcoming, however when I went back I didn’t feel welcomed by another guy. I took my car back for further test and I must say they were very professional, they’ve explained everything in details. I can see how hard working these guys are. I should have asked names but thank you to the guy who turned my car around so I can get out of the tight space. I’m a very happy customer.
