I have read your review and as the vehicle is not a franchised vehicle for our business we are governed by other supplier costs when quoting for additional repairs. I see that there are a number of safety items that were brought to your attention and in the interest of customer reasurrances I would be happy to review the costs and seek alternative level pricing for the repairs using Manufacturer eqvilant specification parts as an alternative to the Manufacturer prices should you wish.
