“Bad experience”

So not only did they do my mot they did it knowing they couldn’t do any work for weeks to get it though. So not only have I had to pay another car garage to do work for another mot. Really think this should have been taken in to consideration knowing they are understaffed and couldn’t do any work to get my car through mot. Overall not a good review

We understand your frustration regarding the delay in availability for repairs, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. At the time of your MOT, we had staff on annual leave that limited our ability to carry out follow-up work as quickly as usual. While this isn’t ideal, we always strive to communicate these limitations upfront and clearly. Please note that only a MOT was booked. When a vehicle fails an MOT, we provide a 14-day free retest period. This allows time for any necessary repairs to be carried out—either by us or a garage of your choosing—without incurring an additional MOT test fee.
