Mallory Performance LTD

First time using Mallory Performance for a full service and MOT. Loved that they discount the MOT when booking a full service. Gave a time clear appointment time, a prompt service so car didn't have to be with them all day. Friendly staff - as a woman (often intimidated by garages) I felt respected and not intimidated. The only thing that would have helped was clearer signage to find the garage once in the Mallory area - I did think I was lost, but a quick call to them and I found it.

I'm very happy with the service and MOT at Mallory performance and communication was easy via Whatsapp. I even managed to move my appointment after something else came up at the last moment and they were really helpful in reaccommodating me. They are also in a lovely location to drop off or wait around compared to most garages who are usually located in an industrial estates somewhere.

I have had an AdBlue issue for months, I’ve tried 4 different garages before Mallory. They had my vehicle for no more than 40 minutes and I was back on the road with the problem solved. Not a bad brew either! Fabian is the man! Thanks.
