Kwik Fix Car Clinic LTD

The garage was closed and I was not told this. Waited 1 1/2 hours and then phoned after 1 hour but no response went to voice mail. Told from next door thy do not open on a morning so went home and used another garage that was open.

Did not contact me about my car appointment, they just ignored it. What the point to advise yourself on the page if they not respond, respect customers.

I was due an MOT and the car was telling me an oil change was needed. Booked on line which was really easy. I was a le to add a one about the oil change too and when I got to th3 garage, they were aware of the request and gave me the price up front. Mechanic was really helpful and put me at ease straight away. I will definitely go back there.
