Was very Happy with the service and the were very helpful and kind to me

Booked AC recharge on car 2/3 weeks before the appointment, same day I contacted the dealer to confirm I wanted waiting appointment and was advised it would take 30 to 45 minutes and was fine. I did not received received any further calls. So ion the day I contacted the dealer to bring it down as normal. However a few minutes after the Service Manager called me to say it could take a several hours to complete the AC recharge as they where to busy. Just the tone of his voice seemed to put me off

dad had booked in for mot+ service and had separately ordered new tyres to be fitted beforehand from third party. Dad Sadly passed away a few days before appt. Locking nut was missing from car so asked garage to fit for us. They refused and very unhelpful in a very distressing time. Ended up being moved rounds several other people/garages and spending lots of money to sort which caused a great deal of upset. Especially as were told by parts department that there was no reason they couldnt do it
