Went in for a full service. team was friendly and completed the job while I waited. I asked for the service paperwork, and was told it would be emailed by the end of the day. Four days later, still nothing. I called to follow up and was told again it would be sent that day, but I’ve yet to receive anything. Disappointing and unprofessional follow-up after an otherwise smooth visit.
