We’d like to reassure you that we did everything we should have on our side to ensure your booking was correctly processed. The booking was submitted at 4:11pm on 30th June, and was sent to the garage immediately. Our system confirms that the garage opened the booking email at 4:12pm and again at 5:11pm the same day. So while we appreciate your frustration, it’s not strictly accurate to say the booking was not received. That said, we absolutely understand how frustrating this situation must have been, and we’ll be reaching out to the garage directly to find out what went wrong and to help prevent anything similar happening in the future.
