The garage called me a day before my booking to confirm and then text me the address. The whole process went very smoothly, I dropped off my car and they called me to collect a couple of hours later. The mechanic advised me of some minor works that may need doing in the future but added that they were not immediately necessary. Good communication, very straight forward process. I paid the exact amount quoted.
