The reality is, things can sometimes go sideways in a garage — unexpected issues pop up, parts don’t arrive on time, or a job ends up being trickier than expected. That’s not an excuse, just the nature of the work sometimes. But we know that doesn't make the delay any less frustrating for you. We’re looking into what caused the holdup and doing what we can to prevent it from happening again.
