Excellent communication, very understanding, and helpful.

Having booked a ‘while you wait’ MOT it was almost 4 hours and we had to phone for an update. Were then told we needed a tyre as it had failed, but they couldn’t get the tyre from their supplier until the next day as had missed the delivery cut off. We authorised some ‘amber’ work also and to be fair they gave us a lift home. However when we returned at the end of the following day the work still wasn’t complete. Had to wait 90 mins. Plus the car wasn’t cleaned . Won’t be returning. Very poor.
