Unfortunately, an unexpectedly busy day impacted our schedule, and we understand how frustrating that was, especially with your school run. Apologies also for the missed service book stamp — that should’ve been sorted on the day, and we’re sorry you had to return. Regarding the noise, we did offer to investigate the noise you'd reported, but fully respected your choice not to proceed due to the diagnostic fee.
