AutoTekz - Cambridge

Took our van to AutoTekz on Thursday for its MOT. The staff were very friendly and informative. I was given some advice about when to change the wet belt and also about changing the wheels. A very pleasant experience.

I had an MOT and service here and the work was completed. However, I was surprised afterwards to see that the parts prices were very high — I was charged £105 for 2 front axle bushes and £158 for 2 stabilizer links, which are standard parts available much cheaper elsewhere. I didn’t question it at the time and just paid, but looking back I feel the pricing wasn’t fair. The work itself was fine, but I would advise others to ask for a detailed quote up front.
