Good Morning Alek, I am sorry you have had a poor experience. I am unsure what has happened here as I can see on our system that we received your booking via Book My garage however we had no images for the damage requiring repair. We sent you an email on 5th September explaining that the repair is not yet booked in and asking for the images so we can quote the repair. When we received no response, we sent a follow up on 11th September. If you still wish to proceed with the repair, we would be more than happy to assist you however we will need to see images of the damage first so we can send you a quote.
