Very satisfied. Very polite and courteous. Just didn't understand why I didn't understand why I didn't receive a paper MOT. Apart from that I will definitely be using them again.

I took my car to Armley MOT Centre on 11th August 2025 for an MOT and service. It failed and I had the fault repaired elsewhere due to the high cost quoted here. Days later the same garage failed it for a serious 15 cm chassis hole near a body mount – a dangerous defect that clearly existed but was missed. I raised a formal complaint but have had no response. Missing such a fault and ignoring a complaint is unacceptable. Avoid this garage.

A very competitive price to recharge our air con and next day availability. Booked for 2pm, ready by 4pm. Not ready at 4pm, they said 5pm but still not ready, they said 6pm but had to abandon and come back the next day. A big hassle having to leave the car and get picked up and dropped off. Worst thing was the air con wasn't even fixed, so time and money spent with no benefit.
