When I arrive at the Garage, the receptionist was fantastic. She took all my details and I really felt she was listening and understanding my problem. I did receive a telephone call from the Garage explaining everything which they had done as well as explaining what the fault was could not fault them myself when I picked the car up once again the service was absolutely excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this Garage.

We recently took our Kia Sportage to Binchester ARC for an oil and filter change, and I have to say we were genuinely impressed with the entire experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and clearly organised. We were greeted promptly, our booking details were checked, and the car was taken in without any unnecessary waiting around. The team wasted no time in getting to work, and it was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing.

Easy to book a mot and service. Great communication from garage and staff was great. I’ll definitely be booking with them next year for my mot and service and I highly recommend the garage to anyone.
