AA Mobile Mechanics (Guildford)

So pleased to be able to have my car serviced on my driveway without making time for drop off/collection. Joshua did a thorough & professional job and the price for a full service was great.

Booked in for 18/08, 8/12noon , had tx at 8.30am saying cancelled , rebooked for 22/08, 8/12noon ...they cancelled again at 10.30am !! Re booked for 02/09 , 8/12noon .. guess what , no one turned up or even called me !! .. what a waste of over 2 weeks !!

Booked a service, for 01.08.25 between 12.00 and 16.00 having had no communication on the day as advised, I called at 14.10 to be advised by Will that the mechanic had not checked his planner and had be put on a training session, there was no one else to do the service, I had no communication on the day, they apologised by that is not worth a lot when you have taken time off work to have this work carried out. Very disappointed and will not be using this service again.
